A lava dome continues to grow at Kelut Volcano in Indonesia. A seismic crisis preceded dome formation in October 2007. The dome is growing and now measures 130 meters in diameter, with an area of 700,000 sq m. Recent lava dome formation, volcanic earthquakes, and gas emissions all indicate the volcano in on the verge of erupting. The larger the dome, the more powerful the eruption will be.
